Tico Staffing

For employers

Staff your operation without the guesswork.

Whether you need five people next week or ninety for the season, we build the crew and stay accountable for it.

How we work

  1. We scope the need

Roles, headcount, shifts, pay rate, worksite, and season. If H-2B is a fit, we flag it here — timing matters more than anything else.

  2. We source and screen

Local recruiting and, when the role calls for it, recruiting abroad. Work history, references, and skill match are verified before you see a name.

  3. We place and follow up

Workers arrive on schedule with clear instructions. We stay in contact through the season and replace anyone who doesn't work out.

An agreement you can hold us to

Before anyone is sourced, the scope is written down: the roles, the headcount, the rate, the dates, and what happens if a placement does not work out.

That document is what keeps a busy season from turning into a series of arguments. When a disagreement does come up, we're both reading the same page instead of two different memories of a phone call.

Have this ready when you call

  • Worksite location and shift times
  • The pay rate you have budgeted
  • Whether this need repeats every season

A real person, not a queue

Call during business hours and you reach someone who can scope the job on the spot, instead of waiting on a reply.
