What the H-2B program is

H-2B is a U.S. temporary work visa for non-agricultural seasonal labor. The job always comes from a U.S. employer first — a worker cannot apply on their own. Tico Staffing handles the recruiting half of that: we find and prepare the people who fill those positions, and we get them to the job.
