How you get an H-2B job
You can't apply for an H-2B visa on your own. A U.S. employer files a petition for a specific job, and workers are named on that petition. That is where we come in: we recruit for employers we already work with, so applying with us puts you in front of real jobs, not job ads.
What you need
Citizenship in an eligible country
The U.S. publishes a list of countries whose nationals can receive H-2B visas, and it is updated periodically. We check this with you before anything else.
Willingness to do seasonal work
Most H-2B jobs are physical — outdoors or on your feet all day: landscaping, hotels, kitchens, cleaning, warehouses. The hours are long and the season is demanding.
A commitment to return when the season ends
The visa is tied to the employer and the dates in the petition. Returning home on time is what keeps the door open for next season.

Documents and visa processing

Your visa is issued
With the petition approved and the documents in order, the visa is issued and travel dates are confirmed.
Travel and arrival
We coordinate the trip and someone meets you when you land. Work usually starts within a few days of arrival.
The season — and the next one
You work the period in the contract. If it goes well, coming back next season is far easier — the employer already knows you.

Travel dates, arrival logistics, and someone waiting when the plane lands. For most workers this is the first time making this trip, and having someone organize it is the difference between a smooth arrival and a lost first week.
Orientation happens on site, in Spanish, before the first shift.

Spouses and unmarried children under 21 may apply for H-4 status, but H-4 holders are not authorized to work in the U.S. Most workers come alone for the season. Confirm your situation with an attorney.
